Provide business, financial and analytical support to the Director of Finance through
project management, data, operational and financial analyses and assistance with
chargemaster, charge capture and pricing projects. Responsible for oversight of the
revenue cycle process and its staff, as well as monitoring billing and charges to ensure
charge capture in an appropriate manner and identification and monitoring of billing
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or another related field preferred
Prior experience in revenue cycle process oversight preferred
Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills including financial
reporting; motivated self-starter; effective communication skills with patients, family
members and co-workers; financial management skills; working knowledge of health
plan contract process management.
