DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
Provide patient care through the nursing process of assessment,
implementation and evaluation on pediatric, adolescent, adult and
geriatric patients according to their diverse cultural needs; execution of
physicians’ orders within the guidelines of standard nursing practice;
documentation of patient care and observations; provide patient
education and emotional support.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing Program
Current license by the Texas Board of Nursing
Current BLS
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one year nursing experience recommended
