DESCRIPTION
Position Summary

Prepare, cook and serve large quantities of food for patients, employees and visitors. Clean equipment, kitchen appliances and work areas. Operate dish machine and wash pots, pans dishes, utensils and other cooking equipment as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write, follow recipes and verbal and/or written instructions
Have basic computer skills
Knowledge of methods of cooking and equipment
Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations in food production
Must be fluent in English (verbal and written)
