Primary Care Physician (RHC)
SCHEDULE
Monday – Thursday, 8am-5pm; Friday, 8am-12pm

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Provide primary health care services to patients in accordance with Clinic policies and procedures and the Texas laws governing the practice of a medical doctor, and under direction and responsibility of the Clinic Administrator, by performing these and other duties as assigned.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Current M.D. or D.O. Licensure in the State of Texas
Current Texas Driver’s License and Proof of Liability Insurance
Current DEA Licensure
Current BLS/CPR Certification
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Satisfactory completion of an accredited residency training program
Two to four years clinical experience; and/or training; or
Equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
