Registered Nurse – Shared Role, PT
SCHEDULE
PT – Days
PT – Nights
In this shared RN role, two collaborative professionals will fill a single, full-time Med/Surg RN position. You will split the responsibilities, hours, and handoffs of a full-time position to ensure seamless, continuous coverage for our team. Each nurse will work an alternating 36 or 48 hour workweek to combine to equal one full time role.

DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
Perform a full range of RN duties in accordance with assignment under the task order including patient assessment and monitoring; use of patient monitoring and treatment equipment; appropriate nursing care, procedures and treatments; execution of physicians’ orders within the guidelines of standard nursing practice; documentation of patient care and observations; patient education and emotional support.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma from an accredited Nursing Program
Current license by the Texas Board of Nursing
Current BLS
Current ACLS (required within 1 year of employment)
Must be fluent in English
Experience
Minimum of one year Medical/Surgical experience preferred
COMPENSATION
$33.87/hr – $42.34/hr depending on experience
