POSITION DESCRIPTION

Administrative Support
Provide administrative and clerical support for CEO, CNO and Financial Services Director; handle administrative reception including inquiries, phone calls, coordinating calendar schedules, organization of meetings and other support tasks; provide administrative support to the Medical Staff and Board of Directors’ monthly and called meetings; ‘own’ the C-Suite members’ schedules and time, keeping them efficient, current and on time; manage the C-Suite in a professional manner befitting the medical administrative field.

Marketing
Coordinate marketing, social media and community outreach for the Hospital and Clinics; develop strategies to identify and develop methods for creatively communicating the organization’s products and services to the community utilizing a balance of print, radio and social media platforms; build community relationships that foster FMC’s services to groups and provides opportunities for medical education; work with marketing consultant and CHC marketing VP to manage/maximize opportunities, templates, forms, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent
Heavy computer skills

EXPERIENCE

Required:
Advanced knowledge of routine office procedures and equipment
Significantly organized and detail oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Confidentiality an absolute must

Preferred:
Prior Executive/C-Suite Experience
Prior Marketing Exposure/Experience
Familiarity with social media platforms – especially Facebook
Comfortable working with people in a ‘media’ setting
